SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective as of: 1 November 2025.

Products may currently only be ordered with home delivery.

Home delivery is available for a fee, subject to prior arrangement. The exact delivery charge is calculated by our system once the delivery address has been provided.

The delivery date is always subject to individual agreement, and customers will receive prior notification of the exact delivery date.

Please note that home delivery includes loading the products onto the delivery vehicle and transporting them by road to the address provided by the customer. The delivery fee does not include unloading by the driver, manual handling, or mechanical unloading. The unloading of the products and the provision of the required personnel and equipment are the customer’s responsibility. Consumers may order additional services such as carrying the goods into the home or to upper floors, as well as removal of packaging materials. Please consult our staff regarding these additional services and their fees.

Customers are provided with the opportunity to inspect the products item by item upon receipt. By signing the delivery note, the customer confirms receipt of the goods and acknowledges that the external condition and contents of the package comply with the order.

TrimagineLabs Kft. will not accept complaints regarding quantity discrepancies or quality defects that could have been detected upon delivery once the delivery note has been signed.

If the customer notices any damage to the product upon delivery, they must request that the delivery personnel prepare a written report of the damage. A return of the product cannot be requested solely due to damage to the packaging.

If the customer, due to their own fault, is unable to receive the delivered goods, our staff will attempt delivery a second time; the additional cost of this second delivery shall be borne by the customer. If unloading the goods from the delivery vehicle takes longer than 1 hour, any time exceeding 1 hour will be considered waiting time, the cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

TrimagineLabs Kft. is entitled to withdraw from or terminate the home delivery service if delivery to the specified address becomes impossible due to force majeure or for other reasons outside the control of the company or the person acting on its behalf. Force majeure includes, in particular, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, icy roads, disasters, export or import bans, economic embargoes, and quarantine measures. Other reasons outside our control may include height or weight restrictions, access limitations, or unloading difficulties.
